About

Hello, I am Adriana.

The name Therabloom comes from a simple idea: that therapy can help your life open up and grow in ways that feel true to you. I believe that our mind often limits us more than our circumstances do — and when we understand ourselves more deeply, life starts to feel more authentic, more grounded, and more “ours.”

I offer sessions tailored to you as a unique individual. No two people are the same, and no two therapeutic journeys should be either.

My Philosophy

Therabloom is built on the idea that growth happens when you feel safe enough to explore your inner world without judgment. You don’t need to arrive “fixed,” polished, or certain. You simply need to arrive as you are.

My aim is to create a space where you can reconnect with your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and discover what a fulfilling life looks like for you — not what others expect from you.

What therapy with me looks like.

Many people come to therapy hoping for clarity, direction, or even a sense of being “fixed.” This is completely understandable — when life feels overwhelming, it’s natural to want someone to tell you what to do.

While I cannot tell you how to live your life, I can help you uncover your own answers. Therapy with me is a collaborative process: you bring your lived experience, and I bring psychological insight, tools, and a safe space for exploration.

Together, we identify what’s holding you back and build practical strategies that support your wellbeing. My role is not to fix you, but to help you unlock the strength and resilience you already hold.

I won’t tell you how to live your life, but I will help you understand what you need, what you want, and what’s getting in the way. We figure things out together. You bring your lived experience, and I bring psychological insight, curiosity, and a space where you can speak freely.

My role isn’t to fix you — it’s to help you reconnect with the strength you already have.

My approach

I work pluralistically (integratively), which means I adapt my approach to what works best for you. I look at different areas of your life to understand what’s going on, and I pay attention to how your mind and body influence each other.

I support people with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Sexual assault

  • Relational issues

  • Emotional difficulties

  • Everyday life struggles

  • Panic attacks

Having lived in several countries myself, I understand how challenging it can be to build a life in a new place. This is why I’m passionate about supporting expats, refugees, and asylum seekers as they navigate belonging, identity, and stability.

I offer a free 20‑minute consultation, and sessions are 50 minutes at £45, with concession rates available.

Getting personal

I grew up in a small city in Hungary and spent my summers at my grandparents’ farm, surrounded by animals, open fields, and the quiet rhythm of rural life. Those days were filled with exploring the fields, playing with the animals, and enjoying the calm of simple living.

Outside of therapy, travelling is one of the things that brings me the most joy. I love discovering new places through local food, new landscapes, and the small details that make each country unique.

Photography is another passion of mine — especially capturing quiet, everyday moments that often go unnoticed. Language learning also plays a big part in my life, as it helps me connect with people and cultures in a deeper way.
